Fruits! Glorious, Fruit!

Everybody loves fruits, as they are one of nature's most bountiful and versatile creations. Besides its delicious texture, fruits are enriched with vitamins and the juice of most has delighted many, while refreshing and quenching. Each unique in color, texture, scent and flavor, fruits are loved practically by everyone.

Apples have fewer vitamins than many other fruits, but are high in pectin and are
a good source of dietary fibre. They provide 52 kilocalories per 100g/33/40z.

Cherries contain vitamins A and C and some dietary fibre. Sweet cherries provide
about 77 kilocalories per 100g/33/40z, while the sour fruit provides
about 56 kilocalories.

Pomegranate seeds are rich in vitamin C and are a good source of dietary fibre.
They provide about 72 kilocalories per 100g/33/40z.
